This policy describes how FlexScheduler handles information. It is written for App Store users. It is not legal advice.

Summary

FlexScheduler is built for on-device scheduling. Factory data you enter stays on your Mac (or a folder you choose). We do not operate a FlexScheduler cloud account for your orders or schedules.

Data on your Mac

Depending on how you use the app, the local database and settings may include:

• Orders, products, routings, machines, calendars, labor limits, changeover data, and schedules you create
• Local operator names / PINs you set for this Mac
• App preferences and local access status, such as language settings and trial status
• Optional backups or Excel/PDF files you export to a location you pick

You control this data. You can export, back up, or delete it from the app and from macOS (including deleting the app and its container).

Demo sample data is fictional. It is not your factory’s real data.

Data we do not collect

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in this app to profile you.

We do not ask you to create an account on our servers.

We do not sell your information.

Purchases (Apple)

The one-time purchase and restore go through the App Store / StoreKit. Apple processes payment and the purchase receipt. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple’s privacy policy applies to that transaction.

Network

The Mac app may contact Apple services to load the in-app purchase, complete a purchase, or restore.

If you store the database on a shared disk or NAS, access follows your file-system permissions, not a FlexScheduler user directory on our servers.

Sharing

We do not share your factory data with other companies for their marketing.

We may disclose information if required by law.

Children

This app is intended for workplace planning, not for children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the “Latest update” date at the top of this page.

我们不收集什么

本应用不植入广告或用于画像的第三方分析 SDK。

不要求在我们的服务器上注册账号。

不出售你的信息。

购买（Apple）

一次性购买与恢复走 App Store / StoreKit。付款与票据由 Apple 处理。我们收不到完整银行卡号。该交易适用 Apple 的隐私规则。

网络

应用可能连接 Apple 服务以加载内购、完成购买或恢复。

若把数据库放在共享盘或 NAS，访问权限由你的文件系统决定，不是我们的用户目录。

共享

我们不会把工厂数据提供给其他公司做营销。

法律要求时可能依法披露。

儿童

本应用面向工厂计划工作，不面向儿童。

变更

如果本政策发生变更，我们将更新本页面顶部的“最新更新时间”。
